The Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation (PATH) is a heavy rapid transit system that serves as the primary transit link between Manhattan and New Jersey’s Hudson and Essex Counties. PATH service is a critical element of regional economic development and serves as a transfer link to and from other regional transit providers. The PATH hub in Jersey City is at the Journal Square Transportation Center (JSTC) and services commuters both by train and by bus. Infrastructure Advisors is providing Market Analysis and Strategic Planning for the JSTC TOD . Given that JSTC is one of the busiest transit hubs in the country, it is being transformed from a transport hub to a mixed use neighborhood destination.
