We were selected for Real Estate Consultant Services by the Battery Park City Authority. Created in 1968, BPCA is a New York State public benefit corporation responsible for financing, developing, constructing, maintaining, and operating Battery Park City as a richly diversified mixed use community providing residential and commercial space, with related amenities such as parks, plazas, recreational areas, and a waterfront esplanade. The scope of work includes advice on sophisticated real estate matters on a wide range of issues involving long term ground leases including feasibilities, market studies, valuation, analysis of the implications of exercising different public policy levers on development etc.
