The Aviation Department is addressing a backlog of lease agreements, supplements, and permits across its 5 airports Infrastructure Advisors is supporting the Commercial Leasing Unit with multiple tasks related to lease transactions at the airports. The scope includes: Tracking, monitoring and supporting agreements with various internal stakeholders, namely, legal, risk management, finance; Supporting the preparation and execution of term sheets, agreements, coordinating internal reviews/tenant responses, and providing relevant market research; Identifying and implementing process improvements and tracking enhancements; Generating periodic reports, and dashboards relating to issues, bottlenecks, and status updates.
