Infrastructure Advisors was awarded a Real Estate Analysis and P3 Advisory contract for services in the areas of redevelopment, mixed-use development, transit-oriented development, parking, tax incentive/ grant programs, economic impact analysis and public and private finance. The $250M Webster Street Lot Redevelopment Project will include brownfield cleanup, public infrastructure, site infrastructure, public parking facilities, and private development with affordable housing, retail and office components financed through a combination of private debt and equity, and local, state and federal funding. The scope of work includes transaction advisory including financial analysis, sensitivity analysis of risks and policy objectives, P3 strategies including Federal, State and Local funding/financing with an objective to enhancing the public benefit.
