Infrastructure Advisors is the Financial and Real Estate Advisor to California State University, Long Beach Campus. The University is looking to develop potential Public Private Partnership (P3) opportunities for its campus that are creative, unexpected, and non-traditional alternatives. The University has ambitious capital development aspirations to support the future of University growth and strategic planning as defined in their Beach 2030 plan. This entails advancing University strategic initiatives, meeting future programmatic goals, building community partnerships, fulfilling sustainability goals, and revitalizing their operation model. However, the advancement of these initiatives has been impacted due the diminishing capital funding cycles from the State, in the meantime the University buildings and infrastructure continue to age. The successful solution asked for technical expertise including for energy and utilities, as well as experience in revenue forecasting, sociopolitical and legislative trends, delivery of projects through P3 and other alternative procurement methods, including refinancing and development activities.
